Sports9 offers professional golf coaching and instruction to help you reach your full potential. Our lead coach is an experienced, former professional golfer, and a life-long golf enthusiast who is passionate about helping others to improve their game.

After a career ending injury, James set about starting his own golf academy, within two years he has more than 300 members and a custom-built simulator facility. Working with golfers of all levels from European junior champions to beginners, and everything in between. His client list boasts multiple playing professionals, elite plus handicap amateurs, and top club players. James specialises in a holistic approach to coaching the game, and through his own experience is also skilled in helping injured players find a way to enjoy the game they love pain free.

I have decided to commit myself to building sports9 Golf, as I feel there is a huge gap in support between players at the top of the amateur world and those in the “real world” of professional golf.

The biggest gap to bridge is the financial stress of having to fork out tens of thousands of pounds every year whilst being able to win nothing in return. Our number one focus is to provide and manage the finances required, allowing the players to focus on the most important thing, their performance on the course. We will also the provide an end-to-end service, taking care of players mental health, nutrition, mentoring, golf coaching and anything else that a golfer may need day by day.

I will use my passion for the game, and all-round caring nature to guide our players in the right direction. I’ll be leaning on my positive experiences, as well as previous mistakes to make sure every single one of them can maximise their ability. We at Sports9 Golf will always put the players and their families first and will be there to help every step of the way. We will be assembling a World Class team of professionals to make sure that the very best service is provided across the board.
